ALU and Ring Oscillator Design Project

Team project for University of Southampton
Our task was to design a chip that contained an ALU and a ring oscillator. For reasons of cost we are to use a cell based design approach. This means that we use pre-designed cells such as logic gates or flip-flops to create the overall design. This simplifies and thus cheapens the fabrication cost. This project was written for the D2 Design Project module for my degree.
